Q: How to go to your factory?

A: You could come to Heya Mold factory by flight, train and bus.

There’s about 2 hours by flight from Guangzhou to Taizhou city; 3 hours by hight speed rail from Shanghai to Taizhou station;1 hour by train from Ningbo or Wenzhou to Taizhou station. 3 hour by bus or train from Yiwu to Taizhou station.

Q：Which kind information need for mould quotation ?

A: It depend on your product, so welcome to contact with Heya Mold to confim it. Of cause, it’s better if you have these information as below:

1, Sample photo with size or 2D/3D design

2, Cavity quantity

3, Runner type, cold or hot

4, Mould steel type,P20, 718, 2738,H13,S136,2316,an so on.

5, Injection machine parameter or plate size(tie rod distance)

Q: How long is your mould delivery time?

A: It depend on the mould structure and size. 

Generally it is 3~15 days for mould design, and 15~60days for mould production after Heya Mold received your deposit payment and mould design confirmation.

Q: How to send test sample? is it free or extra ?
A: Heya Mold will send test sample by DHL, UPS, EMS ,FEDEX or TNT.And the quotation we offer to you including the cost of sample delivery 1-2 times.
